The Business of Baking

This seminar will focus on gettting into the business of baking.

You will learn the ins and outs of getting permits, working in a commercial kitchen space, incorporating, trademarking and more!  We will give you the tools you'll need to get started and be there to answer questions along the way. Please bring all your questions and ideas- we will also cover converting recipes into formulas, what to expect in a commercial kitchen space and how to start selling both wholesale and retail.
